Booking Terms & Payment Policy

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

We collect a $500 deposit if the retreat is more than 3 months away. After 30 days we require you to pay the remaining balance in full to secure your spot. When the retreat is within a 3 month period the entire payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments can be sent via paypal, bank transfer, or on our wetravel.com and bookyogaretreats.com accounts.

 

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

 

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

 

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

 


TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

 

Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers, and if purchased, should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with all recommended minimum coverage of $200,000 USD. We strongly recommend as it can cover cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay, illness preventing your trip or inconvenience.

 

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

 

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

 

We love World Nomads Travel Insurance as this covers you for all activities during a Retreat.

 


GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Due to the limited spots available on this retreat we do not offer full refunds for any reason. However, if you make a cancellation more than 90 days before the retreat begins we will issue a 50% refund. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

 

If we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

 

We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

 

Once you’ve booked your retreat we will send you a Participant Agreement Form outlining our policies that must be returned within one week of booking.
